I was called to pursue massage therapy after caring for and losing my boyfriend of 10 years to a two year battle with end-stage liver disease. I had wished I could have done more to help ease his pain and calm his nervous system so I enrolled in the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York City. I graduated in 2007 and have since been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist in my own private practice and at Physical Therapist's offices. In 2015, I completed a Masters of Science Program at the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in New York City.
In 2011, I was hit by a car while riding my bicycle and the accident left me with a complete fracture of my left upper arm and clavicle. This first-hand experience gave me a deeper understanding of the rehabilitative process that enables me to help others who are going through a similar journey with any injury.
Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR) has played an integral role in both my massage therapy practice and in my own healing process. I am continually learning and receiving myofascial release techniques. I met Dana in early 2023 and she has given me a whole new perspective on the John Barnes' seminars and education. Her treatments took my healing process to a whole new level which led me to pursue more training in the John Barnes' Approach. As of early 2024, I have taken 5 seminars and plan to take many more. Through these seminars, I have learned to listen to and work with the subtle energies of the fascial system. I am now more patient, more present, and trust the process behind the techniques. As an MFR therapist, my goal is to help clients unravel the restrictions that cause us pain and hold us back from enjoying everything life has to offer. We all deserve to be happy!
Rates & Getting Started
Initial Session $150
75 minutes total. Includes an history intake and initial physical assessment prior to hands-on treatment.
Follow-up Treatments

This enables me to have skin contact where needed while also allowing for movement and stretches.
Women - tank top or sports bra (one that clasps on the back is great) and loose shorts (not cycling shorts)
Men - basketball or athletic shorts (not cycling shorts)
